Watcher’s Results
Even though the Watcher has retired, the Watcher’s Council marches onwards. As is always the case, the articles on which we voted were excellent so you can count on it that the Winner’s were good. On the Council side, first place went to Wolf Howling for Critiquing the Obama Manifesto on Iraq, a pretty scathing denunciation of Obama’s hubris and ignorance (two qualities that don’t seem at all to affect his chances at becoming President of the most powerful nation in the world). On the non-Council side, first place went to Melanie Phillip’s article Sleepwalking into Islamization, a depressing report on the way in which the powers that be have absolutely no idea that they’re caught in a pincer, with the sword of Islam on one side, and the PR arm of Islam on the other.
The rest of the results were as follows:
Council:
2) BookWorm Room:It’s official: Obama doesn’t flip-flop, he just does nuanced “rephrases”
3) JoshuaPundit: Will Israel Attack Iran?
4) The Razor:What Can We Do To Reduce Oil Consumption?
5) The Glittering Eye: Sen. Obama Re-States His Plan for Iraq
Non-Council:
2) Doug Ross & Journal: Let Me Put It In Pictures For Our Progressive Friends
3) Harris County Criminal Justice System: A Good Man
4) Dan Drezner: “We are seriously concerned about this most serious outbreak of seriousness”
5) EU Referendum:The Great Bio Fuels Con
6) 7.62 Justice: Troop Drawdown
Thank you so much to our friendly Freedom Fighter at Joshua Pundit for hosting this week’s Watchers’ vote.
